Sales are final after customer takes possession of the golf car. Customer has 72 hours from time of taking possession to report any defects.
Golf cars that are brought in for service/repair that are on our lot for more than 60 days without customer communication will become the property of Sunshine Golf Car. Sunshine has the right to charge its customers a $100 per month storage fee for cars left on our lot while they are waiting for return date, payment, approval, etc.
